Rural routes cover 13 counties: north to Dayton and Birchwood; south to McClemore’s Cove and Lafayette, Georgia; east between Cleveland, Tennessee and Dalton, Georgia; and west to Sequatchie Valley. Urban routes cover Chattanooga, including the Tennessee Riverpark.
The start locations and routes are color-coded for easy referencing. Alternate start locations are provided which allow for increasing/decreasing mileage or to ride from a start closer to home.
Each route has a detailed cue sheet with concise, easy-to-follow directions. Intersections are marked with an "@T" or "@Y" and specify stop signs or traffic signals. Stores and restrooms along the route are also noted.
Our detailed maps highlight bicycling routes and include stores and restrooms in the vicinity. You can customized our maps easily to fit your training, fitness or riding time requirements. To help you navigate easily, both rideable roads and other significant roadways are included. Our maps make It easy to find new roads to explore and to add variety to your route.
A profile for each route, plus the elevation gain and route description, will help you to determine the terrain and degree of difficulty.
